Looking Forward to my first Day in Court!
I am very nervous about going to London Appeals, but at least Bevans will not be there hectoring me, so I will have space to speak to the Judge in my own time. I am hoping this can be moved to Bristol or Bath, but this may not be possible. I have not been to London for 20 years but I cannot think of a better cause. I will have an hour or two to explain, so can compose my script before hand, which for someone with autism is vital. I cannot think straight whilst having legal jargon thrust in my face and with no legal representative myself.
I hope to present Judge with my campaign text, suggesting a system of FAIR DEALING, which includes changes in the way employees are treated after reporting bully managers. Both internal HR systems, the current in-house 'investigations' and the fact employers use barristers to bully us out of justice MUST BE CHANGED. This is simple in theory - I hope my ideas are not too simplistic but a start must be made somewhere.
